Delicious Roast Beef Easy Recipe


A very easy and simple recipe teaching you how to cook ROAST BEEF at home in very little time.

ABOUT: The Roast beef is a traditional English dish made with beef of course, which is roasted. Mainly intended as a main meal, many people love to use the leftovers in sandwiches and sometimes use them to make hash.

In Canada, United States, Ireland, United Kingdom, South Africa, Australia, and New Zealand, roast beef is traditionally served on Sundays as lunch or dinner. It’s often served as a cold cut in delicatessen stores, and very appreciated in sandwiches.

SERVES: 8

Ingredients:

  • 8 lb. of shell roast of beef.
  • Coarse salt and freshly ground black pepper.

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 450° F.
  2. Season the beef (on the bone) with pepper and salt, then place the fat side up in a roasting pan.
  3. Cook it for about 1 hour and 15 minutes until the internal temperature reaches aprox. 120° F (note that the beef will still continue to cook to medium-rare as it rests).
  4. Transfer it to a platter and reserving drippings for Yorkshire Pudding.
  5. Let the beef rest for 30 minutes then serve with Horseradish Sauce.
