Delicious and decadent cake made of only 3 ingredients!

SERVES/YIELD: 4

Ingredients:

• 4 eggs
• 7.9 oz (225 g) dark chocolate
• 3.9 oz (113 g) butter

Instructions:

1. Mix eggs until pale, thick and foamy (about 5 minutes).
2. Melt butter with chocolate and add to eggs using spatula, in 3 separate times. Pour the mixture into springform pan (7.8 inch or 20 cm) – bottom and sides lined with parchment paper.
3. Put a pan filled with water on the bottom of oven.
4. Preheat oven to 320 F (160 C).
5. Bake for about 30 minutes.
