  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh chopped dill
  • 1 garlic clove sliced
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • lemon wedges
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1/8 teaspoon of salt


  1. In a bowl combine 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, lemon jiuce and dill and add salmon fillets. Let them marinate for 15 minutes at room temperature.
  2. Preheat a large skillet on medium heat for 2 minutes. Add 1 teaspoon of olive oil and then add salmon. Cook for 5 minutes per side. Salmon should be done, when it flakes easily with a fork.
  3. Transfer to plates. Serve with lemon wedges.

SERVES/YIELD: 2 servings
