Delicious CHEESE CIGARS – New Years Eve Special Easy Recipe

SERVES/YIELD: 8

Ingredients:

• 28 (8.5 inches per side for longer Cigars) Spring roll wrappers
• 400 Gram Grated paneer
• 200 Gram Grated cheddar
• 1 Teaspoon Sliced green chilies
• 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) Sliced spring onions
• 1 Cup (16 tbs) Chopped coriander/Cilantro
• 1/2 Teaspoon Chilli flakes
• To Taste Salt
• To Taste Pepper
• 2 Eggs

Instructions:

1. 1.Mix all the ingredients together and divide into logs.
2. 2.Place on the Spring Roll wrapper and roll, turn in the two sides and keep rolling.
3. 3.Brush with some egg wash to seal.
4. 4.Freeze in a single layer or deep fry in hot oil.
